How do I rent a storage unit?
Greenview Storage Solution makes renting a storage unit easier than ever! First, you can check out our available units and decide which size fits your needs the best. Once you find a unit you'd like to rent you can reserve your spot, sign up for the monthly plan, and move in on the next available move in day!
What sizes of storage units do you offer?
We provide heated and unheated storage units in a variety of sizes from 5ftx5ft to 10ftx30ft! Need more room for a car, trailer, or RV? We can help with that too! We offer secure outdoor storage with a 24hr lighting and security to free up your garage space while giving you peace of mind.
Can I access my storage unit at any time?
Yes! Our state-of-the-art facilities keep your belongings safe and secure while giving you the freedom to access them at any time.
Can I reserve a storage unit in advance?
When unit becomes available you can book it online and move your items in on the next available move in day.
Are your Units Heated?
Yes, we provide both heated and unheated units. Unsure of which style unit to book? Contact us and we’d be more than happy to help you pick the best unit for your needs!
Can I transfer to a different-sized unit if I need more space?
Absolutely! If you decide that you need to swap between a bigger/smaller.heated/unheated unit we can transfer your subscription over to a new unit at the beginning of your next monthly payment. If there’s no availability for the style unit you’d like to change over to, make sure to reach out to us and we can contact you when one becomes available!
How can I move my belongings into the storage unit?
The facility is set up so that you can drive your vehicle or trailer in front of the door to your unit, making it easier to unload your items, if your require assistance please notify the office to make other arrangements.
How much does it cost to rent a storage unit?
Our storage units are available at a variety of price points depending on size and location, ranging from $95 to $560 for a 4 (four) week cycle.
Are there any additional fees or deposits?
When booking your unit there’s a $19.99 administration fee and a $25 lock fee if you don't have your own lock, but these will only be added to your first payment!
What is the minimum rental period for a storage unit?
Our units can be booked for a minimum of one (1) cycle (4 weeks), or for an undetermined time period that you can cancel at any time.
How do I make payments for my storage unit?
Here at Greenview we like to make the billing process as simple as possible for our customer. When setting up your account you’ll be asked to enter your billing information, and every month your subscription will be renewed and charged to your card or automatic etransfer until you cancel it.
What happens if I can't pay my storage unit rent on time?
If you are unable to pay the rent we ask that you call the office to discuss arrangements.
How do I terminate my storage unit rental agreement?
If you no longer need your unit you can cancel it online at any time! Your move out day will be the last day of your current monthly pay period.
Is my stored property insured?
Adding insurance for your belongings is required at the time of booking, unless you provide proof that the items you'll be placing in your unit are already covered by your home insurance. For those not covered by their home insurance, the Greenview Insurance Plan ($15 per cycle) will be added to their monthly bill and will cover up to $5,000 in damages.
Do you have security measures in place?
Each building will feature a high-quality video surveillance system and heavy duty locks to ensure you belonging are safe at all times.
What items are not allowed in storage units?
We cannot accept any items that would be considered dangerous to the environment such as petroleum products, hazardous materials, firearms, or explosives. As well cannot store Food or any batteries. A complete list of prohibited items can be found in the Rental Agreement, but if you have any questions feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to help!
Can I use my own lock on the storage unit?
To maintain your high level of security, your unit must have a secure lock on it, if you do not have a secure lock we will provide one for you. Your unit lock will be charged to your account as part of the set up fee ($25) and provided to you on your move in day.
What should I do if I forget the Key to my lock?
If you forget your Key you can contact the office to get it the lock removed and you will need to get another lock. There will be a $20.00 service fee to cut the lock and the new lock will cost $25.00.
